THQ Nordic held a showcase focused on Alone in the Dark ahead of their THQ Nordic Showcase in August. This new focus on the game introduced the two star-cast leads, as well as how the game is planning to bring forth and update the story from the original game.
The first thing we see in the showcase is the casting of David Harbour from Stranger Things and Jodie Comer from Killing Eve as Edward Carney and Emily Hardwood, respectively. These aren’t just voice roles, but also the actors giving their own image to the characters.
The development team at Pieces Interactive then spoke about their vision for the game in the showcase, which is one of respecting the original game while updating it for modern horror.
Check out the showcase and more information on the upcoming Alone in the Dark below.
