Amazon has renewed Fallout for a third series on Prime Video, ahead of its second season debut, which is still months away. Which is one way to show you’re faithful in your series.
The first series was a huge success, with Variety reporting that Prime Video has not only renewed for the third season but also that more than 100 million viewers had watched Season 1, which places it among the top three Prime Video titles. The series is also one of their award season best, with Fallout: Season One receiving several Emmy nominations, including Best Drama Series, as well as Walton Goggins for Lead Actor in a Drama Series, and then writing nominations for Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner.
The second season also got something of a synopsis in the same article:
“[Season 2] will pick up in the aftermath of Season One’s epic finale and take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.”
Prime Video recently shared the wrap of Fallout: Season 2 with a video of Walton Goggins removing his ‘ghoul’ make-up.
Are you looking forward to more Fallout? Season 2 debuts in December on Prime Video, and then there’s more to come with a Season 3 to follow.
