Let’s look at the Australian Box Office results from Thu, 15th May 2025, and Sunday, 21st May 2025.
Unsurprisingly, the release of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning has taken the top spot in the cinema in the past week, earning nearly $7M in its first five days. Final Destination: Bloodlines, in its opening week, took an honourable $2.6M for an MA15+ horror film, and one that hasn’t had an entry in its franchise for nearly ten years. Thunderbolts* has moved to $12.3M total, and it looks to be heading towards $15M before it wraps up its time in cinemas.
