John Wick Hex Review

John Wick films are the best action films we’re getting at the moment. I adored John Wick 3: Parabellum which released earlier this year and the thing about the John Wick films is they’re pure adrenaline. So how do you adapt adrenaline and the smart action that is portrayed in a John Wick video game?

Everybody's Golf VR Review

I missed a shot, well, let me start over. I blame my missed shot on a T-Rex which screamed behind me as I attempted to putt-in my ball while playing Everybody's Golf VR. Two things that I actually haven't done in VR yet actually: golf and also a dinosaur jump-scare.

Megaquarium Review

Megaquarium is a tycoon game that sets you the task of running a successful aquarium with nearly 100 aqua life forms to fill your attraction with, however, while the game succeeds with the fishy stuff, it fails to feel like running a true aquarium.

Island Time VR Review

Island Time was on the back foot with me from the offset - it was the first time I put on my VR helmet since playing Moss (a game I adore). However, after a couple of hiccoughs up front and a little experimentation, I’ve grown pretty fond of the (relatively simple) survival game. So much so that I went back again and again.

Batman: The Enemy Within - Episode 2 'The Pact' Review (Spoilers)

This review contains full spoilers for The Pact and previous episodes of Telltale's Batman series

Synopsis:
As explosions rock Gotham, Batman races to meet a new foe, but encounters a force that may cause even the Dark Knight to fall. In the guise of the billionaire, Bruce meets John Doe's 'friends' and becomes enmeshed in a plot where the only way out is to go deeper in. But at what cost?

Firewatch (PS4)

I sat down to play Firewatch with the intention of plaything for roughly an hour -- I played all the way through it. Every time I thought about getting off, something would happen, or I'd see something and I'd want to see what happens next. Like binge watching on Netflix -- Yes, I am still here -- I just kept clicking continue. I was enjoying it that much.

Oxenfree (PC)

Night School Studio is a new developer made up of ex- Telltale and Disney employees and the past work-experience is strong in their first game, Oxenfree.
