Everything Is Awesome In 'Speed Champions' Expansion For 'Forza Horizon 4'

Everything is awesome! We didn't know we didn't need a LEGO expansion for Forza Horizon, but holy Batman does it look fun.

Revealed during the Xbox E3 2018 Conference, LEGO Speed Champions is the next expansion coming to Forza Horizon 4 and it slides (builds?) its way onto Forza on June 13th.

The trailer features The LEGO Movie hit song 'Everything Is Awesome' as we see LEGO roads, LEGO animals and, of course, LEGO cars. It oozes of a fun vibe.

PlayGround Games have made sure to explain that although you're racing in LEGO games you won't feel like your racing around in plastic. The cars will still feel like real cars.

There's a lot of interesting changes to the core gameplay mechanics and world too. Revealed during Inside Xbox, the map — which is the core game is just a-typical — is made out of LEGO bricks, which was built brick-by-brick in virtual LEGO builder. Then the houses, which you simply buy with dollars in the base game, this time require you to build them. To build them you need to earn bricks by completing 'brick challenges'.

I personally can't wait for this. I look like a brand-new game in some ways. A spin-off of the Forza Horizon franchise with LEGO at the base.

If you own the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 4 you'll get this expansion for free, or else it'll be available for $19.99.

Watch the AWESOME reveal trailer below and get excited for this releasing in a couple days.
