Paperbark Releasing On Steam Soon With New Features
by Dylan Blight
Paperbark, the outback adventure starring a wombat from developer Paper House is coming to Steam next month and bringing new and updated features.
Originally released early this year for iOS, Paperbark is a short story about a wombat wandering through the bush through a hot summer’s day.
I reviewed it on iOS giving it an 8.5/10 and said:
Paperbark is simple and sweet. It’s a beautiful rendition of the Australian outback, its wildlife, plants and vibrant nature alongside the soothing and unique sounds of the greater outdoors. This is a fantastic interactive storybook that can be enjoyed by anyone and will bring a smile to their face, much like it did mine.
The updated version coming to Steam for Windows and Mac will bring updated visual quality, Steam achievements and trading cards along as well as, of course, mouse and keyboard support.
You can wishlist the game on Steam now which says the release date is simply ‘December.’
