After looking at over 350 indie games, PAX Online has announced the 20 games that have been picked for the PAX Online Indie Showcase.

This looks like a Metroidvania with twin-stick shooting and some zero-g platforming. A unique art style and the promise of “game-changing” upgrades does nothing but intrigue.

Gone Viral is being promoted heavily with a Twitch integration which will let users vote to send you rewards in-game as you play. As a randomly generated rogue-lite with crazy weapons and mutations, this looks like a great way to promote the game.

It’s a cute croc and some fantastic 2D animation in this adventure game with charm.

I’m not sure if you’re murdering people in this game but it does have a cute little ghost character.

I’ve never played a Stronghold game before but the real-time strategy certainly looks intense and deep in the latest entry.

I played Unpacking at PAX AUS 2019 and I’m in love with it. It’s super-chill and features some beautiful art.
