Supergiant Games Bringing 'Bastion' and 'Transistor' to Nintendo Switch This Year

Supergiant Games have announced they are bringing two of their three games to the Nintendo Switch later this year.
The studios first game, Bastion was released in 2011 for Xbox 360 and Windows to critical acclaim, with award success from places like IGN, Spike Video Game Awards and the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.
The action-RPG tells the story of 'the Kid' as he fights monsters on his journey to collect shards to awaken 'the Bastion' in the wake of an apocalyptic event, the 'calamity.'
Bastion will release for the Nintendo Switch on September 13th and you can check out the trailer below.
Supergiant Games second title, Transistor, was released in 2014 for PC and PS4 and again was hit with critical acclaim and winning awards at IGN, Gametrailers, SXSW Gaming Awards and the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.
You control Red, a famous singer who comes finds a giant mysterious weapon called 'Transistor' after she is attacked and loses her voice inside the weapon. Through turned based strategy roleplaying action you attempt to evade attackers, after the sword and Red.
Transistor will release for the Nintendo Switch on November 1st and you can check out the trailer below.
Both of these games feature gorgous art, fantastic music and interesting storytelling mechanicse. It's great for Switch oweners to have the chance to play them. Now let's hope we get Supergiant Games lastest title, Pyre, on the Switch in the future as well.
