DYLAn’S Rating: 👍👎
This film from Danishka Esterhazy looks like The Handmaid's Tale but in space and I’m all in for it. It feels like an episode of Black Mirror too or was hitting me with the similar eeriness I get from Black Mirror’s more scary episodes with the chilling social commentary that shows often brings.
I can kinda smell a big twist in this, but I’d hope it’s not something that moves the plot in a silly direction and ruins the initial set-up. Overall though the trailer has me intrigued.
ASHLEY’S Rating: 👍👍
A well-constructed trailer. The slow build works perfectly as the creepiness and music ramps up. It appears to be an interesting world with clearly nefarious motives behind the school the girls appear to be apart.
