It’s not often this happens, but a video game release date has been brought forward. Even if only a week, it’s still something.

Ubisoft has announced on Twitter that Assassin’s Creed Mirage has gone gold and will now release on October 5th instead of the previous date of October 12th.

The 13th major Assassin’s Creed game, Mirage, will bring the games back to a more stealth-based gameplay and assassin design. The more recent entries have been mainly open-world RPGs with less focus on the assassinations and exploration of cities’ inner streets and more on the levelling-up and gear you possess.
