This morning Marvel Studios released the first trailer for Hawkeye, the new series coming to Disney+ this November. One big surprise awaited all of us checking out the trailer for the first time; however, it’s massively Christmas themed!
In the series, Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) attempts to settle back into simple family life following the events of Infinity War and Endgame. However, that’s all drailed as the events of his past as Ronin Hawkeye during the period between those two films comes back to haunt him. There’s also the appearance of a new young archer, Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), and it looks like the two will need each other help.
The entire series feels like it was directed and written by Shane Black with the action/Christmas theme, but he’s not involved at all. Although shoutouts to Iron Man 3, it’s actually good.
