The development team at No Code has announced that they are changing their name to SCREEN BURN.

The two-person team was founded in Glasgow, Scotland, by Jon McKellan and Omar KhanThey have released games like Stories Untold and Observation, and are currently working on the upcoming Silent Hill: Townfall.

Jon McKellan, founder and creative director said the following about the name change:

“We’re not who we were in 2015. We’ve grown and changed. For a start, we have coders now! So, we needed a name that instead reflects what’s always been at the heart of the games themselves: the imperfect feel of old technology and the lasting impact of a story that stays with you long after the credits roll.”

Personally, I think it’s a great change. Previously, Googling ‘No Code’ was a nightmare for SEO when I was writing about either Stories Untold or Observation.
