PlayStation Plus Games & Trophies — September 2018
Destiny 2 and God of War III Remastered (available September 4).
Destiny 2 is available early — you can download it now.
There are two bonus titles this month: Here They Lie (PSVR) available until October 2, and
Knowledge Is Power (PlayLink) available until November 6.
Total possible trophies this month: 4 Platinum, 44 Gold, 38 Silver, 103 Bronze.
Tip: If you have six or more phones/tablets, Knowledge Is Power is the easiest Platinum of the bunch.
DESTINY 2 (PS4)
“Humanity’s last safe city has fallen to an overwhelming invasion force, led by Ghaul… Reunite humanity’s scattered heroes, stand together, and fight back to reclaim our home.”
Destiny 2 is live now for PS Plus. Expect straightforward trophies compared to the first game:
you’ll need to play each class and unlock subclasses. Not quick—but simple.
GOD OF WAR III: REMASTERED (PS4)
“Join Kratos, riding a titan up Mount Olympus in a full-on assault… vengeance for years of betrayal and tragedy.”
The finale of the original Kratos saga. A tough Platinum: complete Titan mode and master sections with
no deaths. If you’ve Platinumed previous entries, it’s similar territory.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER (PS4, PlayLink)
“Grab your phone, pick a character, snap a selfie, then climb the Pyramid of Knowledge in a chaotic quiz show for up to six players.”
Family-friendly trivia and a great party pick. Easiest Platinum this month if you can field enough devices
(or know your way around emulators).
HERE THEY LIE (PSVR + PS4)
“Explore a nightmarish city inhabited by malevolent creatures in this first-person horror experience.”
Originally PSVR-only, it also received a non-VR PS4 mode. No Platinum, but 100% is doable in 3–5 hours with a collectibles guide.
ANOTHER WORLD – 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION (PS3, PS4, PS VITA)
“The cult classic cinematic platformer, reborn.”
A piece of gaming history—clunky by modern standards, but short. No Platinum; trophies can be earned in about an hour with a guide.
Q.U.B.E: DIRECTOR’S CUT (PS3, PS4)
“Manipulate color-coded cubes with high-tech gloves to solve first-person spatial puzzles aboard a mysterious structure hurtling toward Earth.”
Perfect if you enjoy Portal-style puzzling. No Platinum; a guide helps mop up remaining trophies.
FOUL PLAY (PS VITA, PS4)
“A theatrical side-scrolling brawler where Baron Dashforth reenacts his daemon-busting adventures live on stage.”
A straightforward Platinum with some grind—plan for ~30 hours. Co-op helps.
SPARKLE 2 (PS VITA)
“A polished match-three marble shooter with big power-ups and a sweeping soundtrack.”
A relaxing palette cleanser between heavier games. No Platinum; 100% depends on your skill at higher difficulties.
