It feels like we’ve been hearing and reading stories and rumours about potential new Silent Hill games for years, but we’re now about to get some solid information. Konami has announced a “Silent Hill Transmission” for this coming Thursday, which promises to give updates on the series as a whole. 

There have been too many rumours around Silent Hill games over the past few years even to begin to list them all, but the most recent one is surrounding a game called Silent Hill: The Short Message, and before that, there was a lot of steam bellowing from a potential Silent Hill 2 remake from Bloober Team.
