Our first video game update for 2026 is here, and there are a few games kicking off in February to look forward to playing.
Resident Evil Requiem will likely be the must-play for a lot of people this month, and the other Resident Evil games are making their way to Nintendo Switch 2 this month as well. But if you’re looking for something less scary, Mario Tennis Fever is releasing, and on most platforms, there’s the new take on Dragon Quest 7. For horror fans looking for something that isn’t a sequel, get your eyes on Reanimal, and for the Yakuza fans, Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Sides brings an updated version of the game, as well as a new side-game.
Here are all the major video games set to be released in February 2026, along with some smaller games we’re keeping an eye on and some exciting new tech and gear.
