505 Games held their first-ever showcase in their long history tonight, showcasing four upcoming 505 published games, three of which featured a deep developer dive and interview.
505 Games Showcase reveals new game from Mutant Year Zero developers
Among The Trolls is a survival game where the folklore of the setting is an important part of the game. The trolls are real, and you not only need to build fires and forage as you would in other games in the genre, but you also need to offer up sacrifices and other things so corrupted creatures don’t end up attacking you.
The game will launch in Early Access on PC sometime later this year.
Stray Blade
Stray Blade is an action RPG game where you explore the Valley of Acrea with your companion, a wolf, and explore to discover what secrets lie in the forgotten valley and master the three Acrean Metals.
The game will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2023.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising & Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes
Rising is a 20-hour RPG that acts as a prequel to Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, and it’s out now if you’d like to play it. Most reviews have stated it’s a competent taste test for the world and characters of Eiyuden Chronicle.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC. Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is releasing on the same platforms in 2023.
Miasma Chronicles
A brand new tactical adventure comes from the team behind Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden. Journey in an apocalyptic wasteland where America has been torn apart by a savage force known only as the ‘Miasma.’ You’ll play as Elvis (not the singer), who has a mysterious glove that lets them control the Miasma.
The game will launch on PlayStation, Xbox and PC in the future.
