Xbox games continue to make their way to new platforms, and the next game to arrive on PS5 later this year is Forza Horizon 5.

The game was officially announced on Forza Horizon’s website, confirming what had been rumoured for a while. Forza Horizon 5 will be coming to PS5 with all its expansions, including Hot Wheels and Rally Adventures, available to purchase separately. Panic Button developed the port for PlayStation in partnership with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games.

Xbox, PC and PlayStation players will all be able to play together thanks to cross-play.

In my review of Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox, I gave the game a 9.5/10 and said:

“Even as a game that feels more iterative and less like a next-generational step, Forza Horizon 5 is still the best racing game you can play and the first must-play Xbox Series X|S game to be released since the launch of the console.”

For a long time now, Gran Turismo has been viewed as the PlayStation racing franchise, and Forza games as Xbox’s, so it’ll be a little weird at first to see the game on PlayStation, but what do you think?
