It’s going to be a massive month in the cinema, and that’s going to be primarily led by Wicked: For Good. If this second part of the Wicked story does anywhere near as well as the first, which there’s no reason it won’t, it’s bound to be a huge success both at the box office, as well as with fans eagerly anticipating this new release. Another film I’m expecting to do well in both regards is Zootopia 2, the sequel to the Disney film, which is well-loved by many, including me, and should draw families to the cinema.

Other releases to get excited about in November include Edgar Wright’s adaptation of Stephen King’s  The Running Man, which has already hit the big screen. Still, there’s not much but some nostalgia for that film. Predator: Badlands is another big film I’m excited about seeing on the big screen in November. This film puts the Predator at the forefront of their franchise and makes the story about them, not humans surviving their hunt.

There is plenty more to be excited about, including Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, Keeper, Sisu: Road To Revenge, If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, and more.

Here are all the new films coming to Australian cinemas in November 2025.
