A Classic RPG where the characters use “eclipse magic” and must fight to save the world. The game is set in the same universe and from the developer of “The Messenger” and is a prequel to that game as well. I was getting mega Golden Sun vibes from this trailer, so I’m very keen to learn more.

Dungeon Munchies is currently available in Eary Access on Steam and has been building upon its dungeon and cooking aspects since June 2019. In the game, you, as the title suggest hunt monsters, and cooker them to solve your hunger. It’s a hectic side-scrolling action game with pixel graphics and RPG elements.

You play as a Fox who must fight to keep your family alive by hunting for food, protecting your cubs against the environment and humans alike. It looks sad and not at all a cutie fox game.
Released on Christmas Day in 2020 on PC after being Kickstarted in 2014. OMORI was initially promised to release on the Nintendo 3DS, but it looks like the developer has, thankfully, switched gears and decided the prolonged development time meant it should release on the Nintendo Switch instead. Earthbound was the inspiration, but OMORI features heavy psychological horror themes.
