Let’s look at the Australian Box Office results from Thu 10th October 2024 – Wed 16th October 2024

Although it didn’t quite do as well in Australia as it has in the States, Terrifier 3, which fell just shy of $1M in its opening weekend and landed in third, is still a massive success story for the hardcore genre film. It’ll be interesting to see how much of a dive the film takes in the coming weeks or if it picks up.

The Wild Robot has moved back into the top spot this week, but with only a taking of $1.65M, it was, overall, a slower week at the box office. After Joker took in $5.3M last week, it has taken a massive dive off, with only $1.39M in its second week.
