Binge and Foxtel have announced that seven locally curated video music channels will launch on Binge and Foxtel on July 1.
The seven music channels will be curated by Nightlife Music, the creators of the ‘crowdDJ’ tech and app. There will be channels for trending, kids, club, retro and more, with flavours for nearly everyone to set up their perfect vibe at home for the weekend or late afternoons.
Nightlife’s Head of Music & Content, Matthew Lymbury, said:
“We are thrilled to deliver seven music channels to BINGE – the first time Nightlife music video channels have been available on streaming. It’s going to be a real ‘aha! moment’ for viewers – the music curation that has soundtracked so many great nights out, is now bringing lounge rooms to life.”
The suite of channels, which are ad-free and locally programmed, includes:
- Trending: Top pop tracks, viral chart climbers & hit predictions.
- Kids: Wiggles wake up, daytime Disney and night-time clean teen pop.
- Club: The best of dance, club and electronic.
- Retro: The greatest hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
- CMC: Nothing but country hits, all day and all night.
- Max: Easy listening classics and contemporary hits.
- Australian Played: Aussie artists only. Featuring classics, hits and rising stars.
