Binge is adding 4K streaming

Binge is finally getting 4K streaming later this month.

Part of the Australian experience of watching shows like The Last of Us or House of the Dragon is having to watch them on a bad bitrate streaming and in 1080p. Or so I thought, but Binge has revealed that coming later this month, subscribers to Binge on Standard and Premium tiers will be able to stream Binge in 4K.

As if they were speaking to me directly, Alison Hurbert-Burns, Executive Director of Binge, said:

“We know customers love streaming entertainment in 4K, especially big production shows like House of the Dragon and The Last of Us, which is why I am so pleased that we can now provide this feature.”

Thank you, Binge. Finally.
