Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War was announced with a teaser trailer built around a real-life interview of Yuri Bezmenov.
The trailer features no gameplay or in-game imagery, but it does build an idea of what tone Black Ops: Cold War will be going for.
I think the words “inspired by true events” are key. Check out the video below.
The video confirms that the game is being worked on by not only Treyarch who developed Black Ops 4 but also Raven who worked on the recent battle royale mode for COD: MW (2020) — Call of Duty: Warzone.
