Capcom Showcase followed the traditional Capcom style of featuring information on both very niche games and needing more content to justify the showcase itself truly. Nonetheless, there was some exciting stuff here, from a new Ace Attorney trilogy to Dragon’s Dogma II news.

Here are all the trailers and news from the Capcom Showcase 2023.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path Of The Goddess

The same trailer seen in the Xbox Games Showcase kicked things off for the Capcom Showcase.

Mega Man X Dive Offline

The game is launching on mobile devices and PC later in 2023.

Street Fighter 6

Not the actual video show, but it’s the launch trailer.

Street Fighter 6 just released, and there’s a plan for new content for a long time.

Capcom Pro Tour 2023 will feature Street Fighter 6 this year. The largest prize pool is over $2 million this year, with $1 million going to first place.

Street Fighter League will be back for 2023, and the opening match will be held on July 7 and streamed online.

Resident Evil 4 VR

Get the scariest version of Resident Evil 4 in the VR version coming to PlayStation VR2 as a free exclusive.

Pragmata

Pragmata has been delayed out of 2023, with no new release date. A trailer was shown during the Capcom Showcase with some new fast-paced gameplay shown, even if it was pretty short.

Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective

A demo for the rebirth of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is out now, and the demo progression carries forward to the main game.

Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice Trilogy

A new trilogy of Ace Attoney games is coming in early 2024 with the fourth, fifth and sixth Ace Attoney games.

  • Ace Attorney: Appolo Justice

  • Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright – Dual Destinies

  • Ace Attorney: Pheonix Wright – Spirit of Justice

The collection will be released on Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.

Capcom 40th Anniversary – Capcom Town

Exoprimal

Here’s a fresh look at the dino-combat, time travel storyline and different classes of characters in Exprimal ahead of its full release on July 14.

A new Open Beta Test will run from June 16 to June 18 with new content to try out, and there will be a reward for those who participate.

Dragon’s Dogma II

The same trailer we’ve already seen was shown before a developer rewound to recap some of the things seen in the trailer. A focus point was the ability to add 3 A.I controlled characters to your party, and the world of Dragon’s Dogma II will be four times the size of the original game.

And yep, that was everything from the Capcom Showcase, which felt very underwhelming for everyone, I’m sure. Especially considering it’s the 40th anniversary of Capcom. What was your favourite trailer or piece of news out of the showcase? Let me know if you have one in the comment section below.
