It was next in line for a remake or remaster of some sort, and now it appears the ESRB board has spoiled that Resident Evil 5 is getting one.
As spotted by Kotaku, the Entertainment Software Rating Board has rated Resident Evil 5 for Xbox, rating it Mature 17+ in the U.S., and notes that the game also includes in-game purchases
We could be finding out more about a potential Resident Evil 5 remake or remaster very soon, with Sony announcing a State of Play for this Friday that’ll be bringing plenty of news, and RE games do love to show up during Sony’s State of Play showcases, as much as they do others.
