Described as a love letter to classic JRPG’s it’s hard to not think of the classic time travelling Chrono Trigger from Square Soft when you watch Cris Tales trailer. That’s because in Cris Tales you see the past, present and future all happening at the time time.
In a really interesting twist to the type of time wibbly-wobbly shenanigans, Cris Tales lets you see the outcomes of choices you make in real time. Everything will play out in front of you, and that’s really intriguing.
If the concept alone isn’t enough the game features colourful and stunning artwork that’s sure to grab anyone’s attention.
If you want to try out Cris Tales you can download a demo of the game right now until June 24th on the games Steam page. The game will be releasing on PS4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch as well.
