Crunchyroll has confirmed it will stream the anticipated Kagurabachi anime when it premieres in April 2027.

Based on Takeru Hokazono’s hit manga, the adaptation will stream on Crunchyroll in most places worldwide, excluding Japan, Mainland China, North Korea, and South Korea.

Since debuting in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, Kagurabachi has quickly become one of the publisher’s biggest new series.

A newly released trailer has been released, and you can check that one out below.

The anime is directed by Tetsuya Takeuchi, with character designs by Keigo Sasaki and animation from Cypic, the studio behind Umamusume: Cinderella Gray and The Summer Hikaru Died.

The Japanese voice cast currently includes:

  • Taihi Kimura as Chihiro Rokuhira
  • Tomokazu Seki as Kunishige Rokuhira
  • Katsuyuki Konishi as Togo Shiba

Ahead of the premiere, Kagurabachi will be going on a global Anime World Tour, with advance screenings planned at Anime Expo, Japan Expo, AnimagiC, Otakon, and Anime NYC.
