Although I played Death Stranding on PS4 at launch, it never had a photo mode. It has since been patched into the PS4 version of the game, but was there with me side-by-side as I played through the game again for my Death Stranding PC Review.
In my review for Death Stranding on PC I said:
“Death Stranding on PC is another way to play one of this generations greatest games. It’s a stunning journey like no other than you can now experience in 4K/60, with ultra-wide support – if you want all the bells and whistles. Playing the game again has solidified how amazing it is and I’m excited PC players will now have a chance to experience this truly unique and special experience — keep on, keeping on!”
I’m a sucker for a good photo mode in any game, even if the many talented people I see on Twitter put me to shame on the daily. I try to get some good shots if I can and I’ve managed to get a few I’m proud of using Death Strandings photo mode on PC.
All of these photos haven’t been touched up in post at all and represent the kind of images you can take yourself in the game.
Of course, beware of mild-spoilers.
