Developer Gameloft released a bunch of news and a look at the future of Disney Dreamlight Valley during the game’s first showcase event.
The event introduced Disney Dreamlight Valley’s first paid expansion, a roadmap of free content coming in 2024, the game launching on Apple Arcade soon and more.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time – Paid Expansion
On December 5th, Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time will launch as the first paid expansion for the game. This will add a new story that will unfold over three new biomes being added to the game.
At launch, as part of Act 1, you’ll be able to meet Gaston, Rapunzel, and EVE while discovering new biomes, including Ancient Landing, the Glittering Dunes, and the Wild Tangle.
Update 8 – “The Pumpkin King Returns”
Jack Skellington and friends are joining the game with Update 8, which is free for all players. This update will also allow up to 4 players to visit each other’s Valleys.
Apple Arcade
Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition is coming to Apple Arcade, where Apple players can enjoy the game on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. This version of the game will also include Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time at no extra cost.
2024 Roadmap
Disney Dreamlight Valley players can look forward to Mike and Sulley from Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. in early 2024, Tiana from Disney’s The Princess and the Frog in mid-2024, alongside other surprise Villagers, Realms, and Star Path seasons.
