Disney+ Sets Lilo & Stitch Streaming Date for September 4

Lilo & Stitch will make its Disney+ debut on September 3.

The live-action reimaging of the animated classic was a huge success at the box office, crossing $1 billion at the global box office, the first movie in 2025 to do so.

Experience this funny and touching live-action reimagining of Disney’s animated classic. When a lonely girl named Lilo adopts Stitch, an alien “puppy,“ Stitch helps to mend Lilo’s broken family — but not without wreaking hilarious havoc on the Hawaiian Islands.

We discussed the film on our film and TV podcast, ‘What Do You Wanna Watch?’, and you can check out our thoughts on the film in this episode here.
