Elden Ring is out this Friday, and I’m pretty excited to play it if I can finish exploring the Forbidden West. To get everyone excited, FromSoftware has released the launch trailer for the game.

The trailer teases the lore of Elden Ring while giving us a good look at the variety of enemies and locations players will visit. There looks to be a little bit of every Soulsborne in Elden Ring as some locations are seen in the trailer feel heavily like a Demon’s Souls/Dark Souls level, and a select few look like they could have been ripped straight out of Bloodborne. 

Oh, and the boss designs in this game! As always, they look menacing but utterly fascinating and deserving of the coffee table art book treatment.
