The Future Games Show returned for its usual Summer Game Showcase period. This show was hosted by video game voice acting legends, Laura Bailey and Matthew Mercer. This show featured over fifty games, including nine world premieres.
Here are all the games and trailers showcased in the Future Games Show – Summer Showcase 2025.
The Expanse: Osiris Reborn
A new game set in the world of The Expanse has been revealed. It’s an action RPG where the choices you make will shape the story.
Echoes of the End
Another new game, this time a narrative-driven third-person action game; it’s set in a fantasy world, and you’re playing as a character on a journey to rescue your brother.
Whispers in the Fog
It is our third world premiere in a row for this showcase, and another genre change. This is a first-person psychological horror game where you only have the horror staple: a flashlight.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin
Here’s a new gameplay trailer for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, an open-world action RPG based on the anime.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is set to release sometime in 2025.
The Finals – Season 7
The trailer for season 7 of The Finals was released, and it launches on June 12.
Herdling
Herdling is a game about tending to your flock, and there’s a beautiful, painted-like art style here to do that in. There’s also a demo available on Steam for you to check out.
Herdling is set to release sometime in 2025.
Sleep Awake
The first of two trailers in this showcase from Blumhouse Games, the first is Sleep Awake, a new trailer for the upcoming psychological thriller, which is being directed by Cory Davis, who worked on Spec Ops: The Line.
Sleep Awake will be released in 2026.
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream
A new developer presentation on Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream provided insight into the isometric stealth game set in the 1900s. You’re playing the game as Hanna, who is on a mission to find her missing brother and must explore the city.
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is set to release on July 15.
The Explorator
Here’s a new trailer for The Explorator, a game where you enter a mysterious zone that holds 2D creatures to fight.
Constance
A gameplay trailer for Constance gave a fresh look at how you wield a paintbrush in the game. And there’s a demo you can check out for yourself now on Steam.
Constance is set to release on November 24.
Titan Quest 2
A deep dive into Titan Quest 2 details the new features in this Greek-Mythology-based game with RPG action.
Call of the Elder Gods
This is a sequel to Call of the Sea, and Yuri Lowenthal joined the hosts on-stage to reveal the trailer as he’s voicing the protagonist.
Ascendant
Here’s a new trailer, Ascendant, showcasing its PVPE first-person combat.
Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch
This is a new trailer for Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch, which is a roguelike strategy game, and it’s available now in Early Access on Steam.
Popucom
This is a new match-3 game that has co-op elements and platforming to mix them all into one. And it’s available now on PC.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite
You play as a firefighter in this co-op game, where you take down huge fires.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will be released in 2025.
The Bureau of Fantastical & Arcane Affairs
This is a new game reveal, and it’s a fun concept as you’re playing as a “quest inspector,” who must check everything is up to code before any heroes set out on their quests.
WTF: Waifu Tactical Force
There’s a pre-alpha open playtest available now on Steam for this one, and I think you’ll know if you’re the audience or not.
Hirogami
A new trailer for Hirogami was seen in the Summer Game Fest 2025 show. There’s a demo available now on Steam, so you can check out the game.
Hirogami is set to release on September 3.
EVE Frontier
A deep dive from the developers at CCP Games on what they’re working on for EVE Frontier.
Formula Legends
Here’s a new gameplay trailer for Formula Legends, and there’s a demo you can download now on Steam.

Hell Is Us will be launching on September 4.
Fading Echo
Here’s the reveal trailer for Fading Echo, a new puzzle game with spells and heavy narrative elements. The game features a large voice cast starring Samantha Béart, Jasmine Bhullar, Matt Mercer, and Laura Bailey.
Sacrifire
Check out a new trailer for SacriFire, a pixel art JRPG-inspired game that is set to release in 2026.
Truxton Extreme
The 1988 shooter returns in this new version with more stages and weapons added.
Lynked: Banner of the Spark
Here’s a trailer for Lynked: Banner of the Spark, which is a roguelike action-RPG, and the game is out now.
Joe & Mac Retro Collection
All three games in the original games are getting a Kickstarter on June 10.
Directive 8020: A Dark Pictures Game
The next game in The Dark Pictures Anthology, this time set in space, got a new trailer.
Directive 8020 will be released on October 2.
Cairn
The developers of Cairn walked through some elements of the game, including the technicalities of how you scale icy mountains.
Cairn will be released later in 2025.
Ground Zero
This is a throw-back isometric horror game set in an apocalyptic South Korea.
Hark The Ghoul
This is a new first-person soulslike with a low-poly art style, and it has a demo available now to check out.
Hark The Ghoul is set to release in 2026.
Hela
Here’s a new trailer for the co-op adventure game where players control little mice.
Hela is set to release in 2025.
Luto
A new trailer for the upcoming psychological thriller Luto was released.
Luto is set to release on July 23.
Reach
Shuhei Yoshida reveals the first trailer for Reach, a parkour VR shooter that is coming to all major VR platforms later this year.

Tenet of the Spark
Tenet of the Spark is a game where you’ll be controlling three different characters across three different timelines. You’ll need to switch between them to take down certain enemies and also to solve puzzles.
Crisol: Theatre of Idols
Here’s a new trailer for Crisol: Theatre of Idols, showcasing the horror-enthused vibes of this upcoming shooter.
Ritual Tides
This Future Games Show ended with another World Premiere, a quick sneak peek at Ritual Tides. An exclusive gameplay reveal is coming in August at the next edition of the Future Games Show.
