The Nintendo Indie World Showcase for March 2026 delivered one of the biggest indie games of 2025 to Nintendo Switch 2 and highlighted some lesser-known upcoming games.

Denshattack

You’re an acrobatic bus, and you’re taking on all manner of things from monsters to other mechanical objects in this game about battling for the tracks.

There’s a demo for Denshattack on the Nintendo Switch 2 today, and the full game will release on June 17.

My Little Puppy

Dreamotion introduced their game, holding onto a puppy which will grab your hearts straight away, and then we’re introduced to a game that looks like All Dogs Go To Heaven.

My Little Puppy will release on May 29th.

Heave Ho 2

Heave Ho 2 looks like more ridiculous co-op, and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch later in 2026.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault

Moonlighter 2 is currently in Early Access on PC, but the full game, when it launches in 1.0, will be coming to Nintendo Switch later in 2026.

Woodo

Woodo is a cozy diorama game where the colour and animations of the scenes come together as you place more objects.

Woodo will be released in Winter 2026.

Minishooto Adventures

Originally released in 2024 for PC, this will be available for Nintendo Switch and on Nintendo Switch 2 with a higher frame rate and enhanced resolution.

Minishoot Adventurs is out today on Nintendo Switch.

The Midnight Walk

The Midnight Walk is releasing on March 26 for Nintendo Switch 2.

Rotwood

From the team at Klei Entertainment, the studio behind the Don’t Starve games, this is a hack-and-slash roguelike.

Rotwood is out today on Nintendo Switch 2.

Mixtape

Mixtape is getting released on Nintendo Switch 2 at launch on May 7.

Blighted

From Drinkbox Studios, this is a new isometric metroidvania with a serial world to explore.

Blightered is releasing later in 2026 on Nintendo Switch 2.

Deadzone: Rogue

You can either take on the mission solo or with friends online in this new sci-fi FPS coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on March 17th.
