SEPTEMBER 2

Professor T: Season 5 [BritBox Exclusive Series]

The razor-sharp, obsessively methodical Professor T is back, and so are the murders only he can solve.

Ben Miller returns as Professor Jasper Tempest, bringing his brilliant and deeply eccentric mind to a new series of baffling cases. Season 5 features six fresh investigations, ranging from bloody boxing matches to ciphered letters.

The season also stars Sarah Woodward, Barney White and Douglas Reith.

Holding [New Series on BritBox]

Based on the debut novel by Graham Norton, Holding arrives on BritBox packed with intrigue, heart and the kind of tension only a tight-knit community can generate.

When a discovery outside the small Irish village of Duneen forces long-buried secrets to resurface, quietly underestimated Sergeant P.J. Collins, played by Conleth Hill, finds himself at the centre of an investigation that unravels far more than anyone anticipated.

The four-part series also stars Charlene McKenna, Clinton Liberty and Brenda Fricker.

SEPTEMBER 15

Marble Hall Murders: Season 3 [BritBox Exclusive Series]

The third and final instalment in Anthony Horowitz’s Susan Ryeland series continues the Magpie Murders franchise with another deceptive mystery.

Lesley Manville returns as Susan Ryeland as the story once again unfolds across two interlocking narratives. When Susan begins to uncover a real-life murder buried within a fictional manuscript, she goes beyond the page to stop a killer while also proving her innocence.

The six-episode season also stars Tim McMullan and Yasmine Al Massri.

KRAYS: London’s Gangsters explores the lives and enduring legacy of Ronnie and Reggie Kray, the identical twins who ruled London’s East End underworld during the 1950s and 60s.

Drawing on archive footage, expert interviews and first-hand accounts, the two-part true crime documentary examines how two men from a Bethnal Green terrace became among the most feared and, in some cases, celebrated criminals in British history.
