Straight into February, you are getting a new Marvel MCU release, plus there are several continuing shows.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is hitting the streaming platform, and with the continuing adventures of The Bad Batch, the debut of Kindred (even if it was just cancelled) and Not Dead Yet, there is plenty to watch this month on Disney+.
