A date has been set for the debut of Prime Video’s Fallout series, which is based on the video game series from Bethesda Games

We still don’t have any official images or trailers for the upcoming Fallout series, but Prime Video did share a special video this morning on social media that revealed that the series would debut on April 12, 2024.

Not much is known about the series other than its setting, which is Los Angeles City; in the post-apocalyptic world, fans of the video game series are used to exploring. The show won’t be based on any particular game, however, and will be an original story.

The series cast includes Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Sarita Choudhury (Homeland), Michael Emerson (Person of Interest), Leslie Uggams (Deadpool), Frances Turner (The Boys), Dave Register (Heightened), Zach Cherry (Severance), Johnny Pemberton (Ant-Man), Rodrigo Luzzi (Dead Ringers), Annabel O’Hagan (Law & Order: SVU), and Xelia Mendes-Jones (The Wheel of Time).

Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy serve as writers and co-showrunners. The two are most known recently for their joint work on HBO’s Westworld.
