Forspoken & Final Fantasy XVI both seem to have revealed how long they’ll be PS5 exclusives for in a new PlayStation advertisement.

“Forspoken available January 25th, 2023. PS5 Exclusive until January 23rd, 2025.”
“Final Fantasy 16 anticipated Summer 2023. PS5 exclusive for six months.”
So if you’re waiting to play either of these on PC, the good news is you’ll potentially be able to play Final Fantasy XVI by the end of 2023 or early 2024. Forspoken is another story with a much longer exclusivity and will be on PC until at least January 2025.
Forspoken has a release date of January 25th, 2023, on PS5, while Final Fantasy XVI has an “anticipated Summer 2023” release, meaning mid-2023.
