Rockstar Games has delayed Grand Theft Auto VI to November 19, 2026, pushing back the highly anticipated open-world sequel’s release by several month

Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed, and the gamers are angry, as if there isn’t already a ton of fantastic games to catch up on. Nonetheless, it’s still set to release next year, so it’s still GTA’s year.

On the Rockstar Games X social media account, they announced that Grand Theft Auto VI will now release on November 19, 2026, and that “these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.”
