PlayStation & Xbox players can celebrate today as Supergiant Games has revealed that Hades will finally be hitting both platforms very soon.
Hades escape onto PS5, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on August 13th, with the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions receiving a 4K/60fps boost. Additionally, the DualSense controller on PS5 will add enhanced vibration for the controller.
The PS4 version of Hades will include a free upgrade to the PS5 version. Of course, the Xbox version uses Smart Delivery so that you can play it wherever.
Hades will be joining the Xbox Game Pass library at launch.
A physical copy is coming to Australia for $49.99, including a 32-page artwork booklet and a code for the game’s soundtrack. The first-run prints of the retail copies will also include a metallic foil detailing across the cover art.
Unfortunately, these versions of the game will not support PC cross-saves as the Nintendo Switch version does.
Hades was awarded the Explosion Network Game of the Year in 2020 and is a must-play if you haven’t been able to play it yet.
