Has AI been used to create this Fantastic Four poster?

Marvel says AI wasn't used in this poster

The first teaser trailer for Fantastic Four: First Steps dropped the morning, but most of the chatter online had surrounded the poster instead. And if you couldn’t have guessed it— it’s because it looks like AI was used to create it.

It’s not so much the art choice that grabbed everyone’s attention; instead, it’s two ladies just behind the camera in the ladies’ hand on the left-hand side of the poster.

It looks like the exact same face has been used here twice. Another concern is the alarming lack of the correct number of fingers on some hands.

However, Marvel Studios has told Deadline that they didn’t use AI in the poster.
