Nintendo announced a battle royale Super Mario Bros game that’s releasing on October 1st. It’s called Super Marios Bros. 35 and it legit seems good.
In it, you play against 34-other players racing to beat a level on classic courses. The twist is defeating enemies sends them to your opponents’ games and the vice-versa. It’s kinda like the way Tetris 99 works, but for Mario.

Oddly, this looks like it’ll work really well. Even weirder, the game will only be available from October 1st until March 2021. It will, however, be free for all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
