Team Clout and Mundfish Powerhouse have released a brand-new story trailer for ILL during PlayStation’s State of Play showcase. It’s wild. It’s bloody. And oh, does it look nothing like a good time
The latest trailer has confirmed that the survival horror game will launch in 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This new trailer, reportedly captured on the PlayStation 5 Pro, offers the most detailed look at the game yet, introducing new characters, locations, weapons, and several disturbing new enemy types. It also showcases ILL’s advanced physics systems, brutal combat, realistic weapon handling, and gruesome dismemberment.
