Via Vision Entertainment has announced its upcoming movie releases under the ‘Imprint’ label for August 2025.
August is a significant month for Imprint, and by the time you receive this news, half of the releases on this pre-order list will have already sold out. That’s the power of doing a month dedicated to Alfred Hitchcock films, I guess. I’ll still link them all below in case there are more copies to pre-order, but at the time of writing, both the two Hitchcock-directed boxes have sold out and are being marked as unavailable, as is the Bundle Pack (still linked below in case…).
For Imprint numbers 440-453, the team has collected the nine surviving films from Alfred Hitchocok’s earliest years, including the first time The Pleasure Garden, a 1925 film, will be seen on Blu-Ray. Box set two then moves into the proper early years of the auteur, with the 1930s, and the director enters his suspense film era.
However, the other two box sets out of the four in August are still available. The first two are remakes of Hitchcock films from the late 1970s, and the last is a compilation of the first six films from Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger’s partnership, which would span 24 films in total.
If you like the look of this month’s releases, you can save money by pre-ordering them in a package.
Here’s all the information on August’s releases, along with links to pre-order them.
