Indie World Showcase happening at midnight tonight, will there be Hollow Knight: Silksong?

If you’ve been on Twitter today, you’ve seen that Hollow Knight: Silksong is trending, and you may be wondering the reason. It’s because a Nintendo Indie World Showcase is happening late tonight/early Thursday morning, and just like the sky will be blue in the morning, the Hollow Knight fans are getting their hopes up once again.

I’m all for Hollow Knight: Silksong getting a release date during the Indie World Showcase. That would be fantastic news. But just so you don’t put all your eggs in one basket, there’s no evidence to suggest that could happen anymore now than at the last Indie World Showcase.

The Indie World Showcase promises 20 minutes of indie games coming to Nintendo Switch. These showcases are usually full of great games, so I’m very keen to stay up and watch the showcase tonight.
