Look in the sky; it’s a bird? Is it a plane? It’s the wrong comic book reference! As out of nowhere as that opening sentence is the fact that EA Motive has announced they’re working on an Iron Man game. 

Bill Rosemann, Vice President and Creative Director at Marvel Games, said the following about the announcement: 

“We are thrilled to collaborate with the talented team at Motive Studio to bring their original vision of one of Marvel’s most important, powerful and beloved characters. Their experience delivering both established entertainment worlds and thrilling gameplay — combined with their authentic passion for the armoured icon — will fuel our quest to deliver a love letter to a legendary hero in the form of the ultimate Iron Man video game.”

Although the game is only in early pre-production, EA has confirmed that it exists and is the first of several to come from their partnership with Marvel.
