In our first look at the sequel to 2018’s Aquaman, we see that Jason Momoa is very excited to be back at the King of Atlantis. Although behind the scenes footage revealed at DC FanDome 2021 doesn’t reveal much about the story in the sequel, it doesn’t show some locations, set-pieces and returning characters.

James Wan is back the director’s chair for Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom, which is set to release on December 16, 2022. In behind the scenes video, we see that Aquaman is on a globe-trotting storey through underwater locations, mountains, sunny beaches and much more. We also see returning villains King Orn (Patrick Wilson) and Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen).
