Plenty is happening in the world of Life is Strange at the moment, with the new game, Life is Strange: Reunion, releasing later this week, but the wheels are also turning in the new series coming to Prime Video.
Karyn Kusama has joined the team to direct the first episodes of the series, which is a great sign. Kusama is an Emmy-nominated actress for her work on Yellowjackets and has received several other nominations at film festivals for films like Destroyer and her debut, Girlfight. Her most popular film would have to be 2009’s Jennifer’s Body, however.
Earlier this month, we learned that Tatum Grace Hopkins and Maisy Stella had been cast as Max and Chloe in the series.
The next video game release, as the name suggests, Life is Strange: Reunion, will reunite Max and Chloe for the first time since the original game and serve as the finale for this Life is Strange story. Thankfully, while it may be one goodbye, fans will get to say hello to the characters in live-action soon enough.
