Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair Gets Limited Edition 4K Release

Imprint Films has announced a major new Limited Edition release for November, bringing Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair to physical media in its original, uncut form.

The long-awaited version of Tarantino’s revenge epic will arrive as a 4K UHD + Blu-ray Limited Edition Large Hardbox with interchangeable artwork, packed with physical extras, and featuring the film across four discs.

After over two decades of anticipation, Quentin Tarantino’s bloodthirsty revenge odyssey and love letter to cinema is finally available to own in its original, uncut form.

Premiering at the Cannes Film Festival in 2004, this over four-hour-long juggernaut has since been restricted to special, rare screenings. Restored by Lionsgate and presented here across two 4K UHD discs and two Blu-ray discs, The Whole Bloody Affair features numerous cuts and changes from the Volume 1 and Volume 2 versions, including the iconic fight sequence at The House of Blue Leaves in full colour, a significantly extended anime backstory for O-Ren, and dozens of other calculated alterations to bring Tarantino’s definitive vision to life.

Unashamedly influenced by hundreds of martial arts and exploitation epics to come before it, Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair stars Uma Thurman as a deadly assassin (The Bride), hell-bent on righting the wrongs of her past. A seasoned ensemble cast takes on The Bride, including Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, David Carradine, and Sonny Chiba, unleashing torment and bloodshed in true Tarantino fashion.

Imprint Films is giving the long-awaited release an appropriately extensive collector’s edition.
