Insomniac Games have revealed the release window for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 via the PlayStation Blog.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will release on PlayStation 5 exclusively in the Spring of 2023. Over the past couple of years, Sony has released a big game in and around September, so the anticipated follow-up to Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morals will be that game for this year. 

Bryan Intihar, Creative Director at Insomniac Games, said:

“What a year it’s been for PlayStation Studios; here at Insomniac Games, we’ve been in absolute awe of the work of our peers. Congrats to everyone on a successful 2022… and here’s to next year being just as exciting as we continue to get Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 ready for release next fall.”

In the announcement trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Insomniac Games teased the arrival of Venom, a foe that is sure to be a pain for Peter and Miles to deal with in the new game.
