Motorola has announced two new phones this week: the Motorola Razr 60 and the Motorola Edge 60 Pro. Both are now available for pre-order ahead of their release day on July 10.
The Motorola Razr 60 is the latest from Motorola in the flip range of phones, and this time in two Pantone colours, “Gibralatar Sea“ or “Parfait Pink.” There’s a 4″ external display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 6.9″ display that opens up, featuring an LTPO 120Hz screen. The hinge is titanium-reinforced and is 4x stronger than surgical-grade stainless steel. Motorola says this phone is designed to withstand 35% more folds than the previous generation.
The Motrola Edge 60 Pro will be available in two Pantone colours: “Shadow” and “Sparkling Grape”. Motorola is saying this phone will last 45 hours with its battery, and the phone features a 6.7“ 1220p display.
Both of these phones are offering ‘Moto AI‘ as part of their flagship features. And they’ll receive three years of OS updates and four years of security updates. This is behind what Samsung is offering on its foldable devices, however, with seven years of both security and OS updates.
